Circle of Control
Circle of control encourages you to name the things you can control and all the things you cannot control.
We know that writing & drawing helps our brains “get” concepts in oftentimes a better way, so use the Circle of Control to note the vast things that are beyond your control – the weather, other people to start! – and the things that are in your control – your response to things, your daily habits, etc. When you think about it, understanding this can help YOU calm and keep things in perspective!
This can be a very easy and eye-opening exercise and simple to make on any paper.
